This July, we’re pairing our favorite Italian wine, Brunello di Montalcino, with your summertime favorite, chef crafted burgers. Yes, burgers— grilled, meaty, and full of umami—pair wonderfully with an elegant Brunello. Chef Edwin has crafted five inspired burgers with a Cento flair, made with locally sourced beef, lamb, and bison, and our favorite Italian ingredients.
