Cento's Wine Steward, Sophia Georges will be joined by experts Andrew Bohlken and David DuBou as we explore four decadent cheeses, all paired with selections from La Spinetta's robust portfolio. They will also share their expertise on all things Italian wine and cuisine, and the delicious intersection between the two.
